Generalities

First Impressions (Score: 7/20):
Though you forum is nice, the "Free Forum :" in it's title is very unattractive. I am also not very pleased with the so-called scrolling announcements, because it's height is just too much, and when I open the forum, all I see without scrolling down is header, navigation bar and scrolling announcements.
Categories & Forums (Score: 3/10):
Nice, if I didn't mistake at counting, you have 23 forums. Nice. But! You made a very bad thing! Staff Lounge is visible to members and even guests! It's also disturbing because only five forums have posts in it.

Nice banner, really! I love the brush set on the right . 5/5
Navigation Bar
It's a nice navigation bar, but I don't like because mouse over effect is somehow too strong. It really looks out of place if you have mouse on a button. 3.5/5
Forum Icons
There's nothing to say, they're nice icons! But I don't think colours really fit the forum layout.4/5
'Who Is Online?' Image
It's nice, but it's somehow too big. That makes it look kinda weird. Colours match the background nicely. 4/5
